General Rules
Basic Rules
- The Host has final say in any and all matters in-game.
- No holding events or decisions.
- No pauses unless absolutely necessary.
- No checking any save games until the game is over.
- It is the Faction Leaders' responsibility to organise their faction and decide on a general βgame planβ.
- No exploiting or doing "banned actions" (see addendum for additional information).
- All countries must follow their historical path (e.g. no Global Defence as the UK, no Support the Kodoha Faction as Japan).
- Common decency is expected from all players. Deliberate destruction of one's country, blackmail of allies by disclosure of plans, "rage quitting" and other toxic behaviour will not be tolerated.
- If you are unsure about something being an exploit or not, or have other questions regarding the rules, direct those questions privately to the host of the current game.

Rules for Major Nations
United Kingdom
- Must guarantee Poland.
- Must allow the re-militarization of Rhineland and the German annexation of Sudetenland.
- Can invite Portugal into the Allies, but only using the relevant decision.
- Can do Imperial Federation but cannot annex itβs pupets.
United States
- Must do Continue the New Deal and Neutrality Act.
- Cannot join the Allies before receiving a declaration of war from Japan or if an Axis nation has a port in the UK.
- Cannot declare war on Japan if it refuses the Panny incident.
- Cannot lend-lease to Allies before the Fall of France (Exception - Fuel).
- Cannot do the communist tree focus (except for US-USSR economic agreement).
France
- Must do Go with Britain.
- Must allow the re-militarization of Rhineland and the German annexation of Sudetenland.
- Must become Free France in case of capitulation.
- Must cede Indochina when threatened by Japan.
- Cannot have commonwealth troops in France mainland before 1941.
Soviet Union
- Cannot attack Poland.
- Must approve the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact.
- Cannot send volunteers to the Allies.
- Must accept the Winter War Treaty.
- Can land-lease up to 10k guns and 500 planes to China.
- Can send volunteers to China.
- Can send volunteers to Spain.
